Job Advertisement: Admin Position at Lalita Properties Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? Lalita Properties is seeking a proactive and efficient Admin to join our growing team in Bali. Responsibilities: Purchasing: Contact vendors, gather quotes, and maintain the vendor database. Invoicing & Receipts: Manage general invoicing and receipts for the company. Database Management: Input and manage internal databases. Support Role: Answer general inquiries and provide assistance to the team. Calendar Management: Manage and organize calendars for team members. Contract Drafting: Assist with drafting contracts for owners, vendors, and other stakeholders. Website Updates: Keep our website content fresh and up to date. Sales & Listings: Provide sales updates for agents and enrich property listings.
