Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or database then filing hard copies and soft copies, preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure, paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balace, verifying the accurancy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors, recording any inconsistencies to help the accountant reconcile inaccurancies, prepare employee wages, insurance (health & social insurance), transactions list and investor reporting, payment employee wages, insurance, monthly bills, petty cash and others, managing employee expense claim, helping the accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor or Diploma degree in accounting or business administration, excellent knowledge of general accounting principles, at least 1 year of bookeeping experience, preferably withing a business-services envidonment, excellent communication skill bith verbal and written, attention to detail and accurancy of work, experience with accounting software such as Xero, Jurnal, MYOB or others, able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement, fluent in English, Domiciled in Denpasar-Badung, have a laptop
