- Responsible for promoting and maintaining good relations with whomever, in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. - Planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in public relations activities. - Prepares promotional media releases on personalities among guests and employees and of newsworthy affairs in the hotel. - Prepares brochures, monthly hotel newsletter and other promotional materials. - Prepares annual public relations goals and budget, in cooperation with sales develops working plans to carry out goals compares actual achievements against goals periodically takes necessary corrective action.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Proven experience (2 years) in marketing communication roles, preferably in a managerialcapacity. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to create engaging and UCN Recon - Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content management systems. Knowledge of branding principles and experience in brand management. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Experience in event planning and execution. - Familiarity with PR practices and media relations.
