- Responsible for the food production process in the kitchen - Prepare food ingredients for the cooking process with quality and quantity according to request - Check the quality and presentation of food according to standards - Responsible for storing food ingredients in accordance with hygiene and HACCP standards - Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and cooking equipment/equipmen
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Prior experience in a similar position (minimal 2 year) - Through knowledge of food safety procedures - Excellent organicational,time management, and multitasking abilities - Ability to work shifts,over weekends and on publics as needed - Knowledge of HACCP - Strong and effective interpersonal skills - Able to work as a team and individual - Able to join immediately
