Lalita Properties is looking for a passionate and dedicated Guest Relations Officer to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities: Property Listings Management: Ensure all property listings on OTAs and our website are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling. Guest Communication: Handle guest inquiries, pre-booking messages, and ensure prompt, friendly, and professional communication. Complaints Resolution: Manage and resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. Check-In Coordination: Oversee the check-in process to ensure everything is in place and runs smoothly for a seamless guest experience. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail with experience in managing online listings. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. - Previous experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
