- Receive calls and reply to texts/emails of local and foreign customers in formal manner - Establish communication with clients and business partners on a regular basis - Follow up with clients - Increase the number of clients Explain in detail about the trip package offered - Provide all the necessary information that clients need to know before going on a trip - Build positive image for the company in the eyes of consumers - Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for invoicing - Collaborate with Admin to record client data such as existing transactions and personal data, such as leads report - Build coordination with Operational Staff for trip preparation, such as forwarding participants data to the field team

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Male/Female 28 years old max - Bali / Denpasar domicile - D3 graduate minimum (Tourism qnd Hospitality major is preferred) - Able to speak active English - Having good communication skills - Having decent problem solving and interpersonal skills - Able to work within targets and shifts
