- Responsible for the food production process in the kitchen - Prepare food ingredients for the cooking process with quality and quantity according to request - Check the quality and presentation of food according to standards - Responsible for storing food ingredients in accordance with hygiene and HACCP standards - Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and cooking equipment/equipment
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Have served as a demi-chef or chef - Experience collaborating with suppliers - Proficient in overseeing inventory and procurement. - Capacity to lead and manage a team. - Proficient conversational English.
