- Planning restaurant menus, designing new cooking methods and menu items - Ensuring food quality is good and prices are appropriate - Order groceries from suppliers - Manage budgets and financial reports accurately - Manage kitchen hygiene and health procedures - Organizing kitchen staff - Recruit, train and develop staff - Prepare food that has been standardized by the company - Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen area inventory of food ingredients and all kitchen equipment
Syarat Pekerjaan
