- Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or similar from reputable university - A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HRM/HR consultant/HRIS or similar prefer with HR consultant experience - CHRP certification is advantageous - Excellent computer skills and experience with dashboard, IPIS, EAM, Payroll, and HR management software and excellent in MS. Excel and Powerpoint - Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures - Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities - The ability to protect the interests of company employees - Placement is in Denpasar, Bali
