- Managing and achieving sales objectives by distributing our brand through Food Services channel - Negotiating Trading Terms and Activity investment with key accounts and establishing a timeline of performance - Planning and presenting reports on goals, account progress, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members as well as relevant stakeholders - Developing productive and solid relationships between key clients and the company - Managing communications between key clients and internal teams - Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines - Working with distributor to achieve total distribution target - Working with technical partner to develop the best creation - Managing all key stakeholders (key accounts, distributor, and technical partner) to achieve the target
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelors degree from reputable university - Preferably experienced as Key Account Manager in FMCG industry with food industry background - Min experience 2-3 years in related field (food servive channel) - Able to develop and maintain productive relationship with internal and key account stakeholder - Confident as a person in communication and negotiation - Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions - Good skills in operating Google sheets, slides and words - Eager to expand the business with new sales
