The villa features 12 spacious and exquisitely designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan living area, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The villa's sleek and modern architecture complements the natural beauty of its surroundings, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the villa's operational team - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the villa's operations and guest services - Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety for the villa and its facilities - Monitor and control the villa's expenses and budgets - Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and partners - Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner - Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements - Manage reservations, inventory, and rates to maximize revenue and occupancy - Utilize marketing strategies to promote the villa and increase revenue - Demonstrate exceptional managerial skills to lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Syarat Pekerjaan

- At least 5 years of experience in villa or hotel management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferred - We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
