- Plan and control the production process to run smoothly at the required output level while meeting cost planning and final quality - Cost and Quality Control - Scheduling

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement - Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning,) - Deciding rate for piece rate employees (sewing, thread cutting, pressing etc.) - Knowledge of factory procedures. - Strong experience in the construction of high quality designer garments. - Fully experienced with hand and machine techniques. - Strong communication skills and be able to communicate all issues affecting production to the Director. - Knowledge of skills and techniques required to enable quality production is required.
