- Supervise projects in accordance with planning - Create rendering and floor plans - Create and maintain project timelines - Manage a team of Project Maintenance,Housekeepers, Gardeners, and Pool Maintenance - Maintain relationships with contractors and supervise their activities at the project - Maintain and monitor financial plannings of the project - Coordinate payment and the logistics of purchasing - Prepare bills for the internal team's work - Handle and control the Petty Cash for purchasing itemss - Maintain a great teamwork and a good atmosphere - Practise an outstanding sense of every small detail that could maintain and improve the property Solution Problem Creative and Alternative Thinking in Order to Solve Issues

Syarat Pekerjaan
