Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Become a coordination center supervise supervisors and be able to unite all supervisors visions and missions to remain unified - Able to provide motivation or encouragement to his subordinates - Able to lead well all employees under his authority - Have a sense of responsibility to all customers - Able to group each individual according to their abilities - Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately Review product quality regularly and research new vendors - Assess staff performance and provide feedback to increase productivity refuse the restaurant runs well and always achieves monthly target
