- Setting agendas and schedules - Managing and organizing documents - Managing incoming mail, including faxes and emails - Greeting visitors and clients - Answering telephones - Arranging business travel
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Good in spoken and written English - Degree in hospitality/hotel/tourism preferred - Fresh graduates from hotel school, daily workers or trainees in hotel / restaurant are welcome - Prior experience in HR department is a plus, but not a must - Good administrative skills, well organized, attention to detail, ability to work independently, doesnt mind to go the extra mile when needed, able to keep confidentiality - Attentive, polite, professional appearance, punctual, good social skills, proactive, flexible, team player
