Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Train, coach, supervise and provide support to store team members - Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to team members on shift to ensure operational excellence - Follows all policies and procedures and keeps tabs on employees on shift to ensure they are following protocol as well Executes store operations during scheduled shifts including organizing opening and closing duties as assigned and deploying labor as needed to keep up with store volume - Maintains availability that includes at least two weekend days (Fri, Sat, Sun) plus any days deemed necessary by retail leadership based on store needs - To be placed in Beachwalk, Bali

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Have more than 2 years of experience as Store Leader in F and B or related industry (quick service a plus) - Understands restaurants operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation -Ability to train and coach team members - Available to work weekends, late nights (if necessary) - Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift - Proficient in English
