- Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results - Retain store staff by recruiting, selecting, directing, and training employees - Maintain shop staff deliverables by training, advising, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and assessing deliverables - Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenses, analyze finances, and conduct store financial evaluations - Ensuring the availability of merchandise and services by agreeing to cooperation contracts and maintaining stock
Syarat Pekerjaan
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Having an experience in pre-opening cafe or restaurant - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Expertise in inventory management, operational processes, and quality control - Strong in leadership skill with an ability to manage and motivate people
