Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing operations Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures - Managing staff Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as managing schedules and assigning responsibilities - Managing inventory Keeping track of inventory levels, planning purchases, and ensuring products are stocked
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Management or Business. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in retail or distribution. - Proficiency in English, boh written and verbal. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team. - Proven leadership and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis is a plus.
