Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role and Responsibilities: • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems with computer software and hardware • Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes • Collaborate with development team to capture and explain errors and/or recommend software modifications • Arrange service by vendors to repair or replace defective products • Maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends

Syarat Pekerjaan

General Requirements: • Strong troubleshooting and communication skill • Confident to communicate in spoken and written English • Minimum 1 year experience • Willing to work in Bali Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Genuine interest in technological trends • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software • Ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software Fresh graduate with excellent technical skill is also encouraged to apply!
