We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Villa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our villas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. This role requires someone who can manage multiple villas efficiently, maintain a high standard of service, and ensure a seamless experience for guests from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities: • Guest Experience: Provide a welcoming, friendly experience for guests, ensuring all needs are met promptly. Address guest inquiries, resolve any issues, and handle special requests. • Property Management: Oversee villa maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep. Ensure that villas are fully operational and meet our quality standards at all times. • Team Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure villas are prepared for guest arrivals. Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient operations. • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of villa supplies, including linens, toiletries, and other amenities. Ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages. • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with guests, property owners, and team members. Address any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction for all parties. • Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise, such as maintenance emergencies or guest complaints, with a calm and solution-oriented approach. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on occupancy, guest feedback, and property conditions. Syarat Pekerjaan
Qualifications: • Experience: 2+ years of experience in villa management, property management, or a similar role in the hospitality industry. • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond efficiently under pressure. • Personal Traits: Flexible, open-minded, and a true team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach. • Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus. • Other: Knowledge of Bali’s hospitality landscape and familiarity with villa operations are highly desirable.
