We are looking for a Villa Manager for a complex of villa in Seminyak, with requirements as follow: ~ Minimum 1-2 years experience as Head of Housekeeping/Villa Supervisor ~ Strong problem solving skills ~ Good communication skill, can-do attitude, and able to work within a team ~Has a good command in English (verbal and written) and confident in using the language ~ Good understanding of building maintenance ~ Hospitality oriented with focus on guests satisfaction Responsibilities: * Handle guests check in and check out * Maintain company standard and handle the guests' needs * Manage maintenances and suppliers * Coordinate pre-arrival before guests check in and after guests check out * Ensure the villa is well maintained and clean * Staff task and scheduling staff shift If you think you meet our requirements apply NOW and become a part of our team.
